Seek and you will find

Seek and you will find is the second part of Matthew 7: 7 and Luke 11: 9 and is another part of the Laws of God.

Word meanings as taken from Greek Text

SEEK (zeteo - pronounced dzay-teh-o)

to worship, desire, endeavor, enquire

Present Imperative Active Tense - The subject gives a command and it describes action happening right now

FIND (heureo - pronounced hyoo-reh-o)

to get, obtain, perceive, see

Future Active Tense - Action will take place in the future

This is the second part of the command that is given to the Christian in these verses. He wants you to know your rights and act upon them without letting the flesh get in the way. If you truly want to know Him, you will obtain what you desire because it will line up with the Bible.

Second part of the text

The next part of this teaching is found in the second part of Matthew 7: 8 and Luke 9: 10. The same two words are given a second time.

This makes a further assertion that when you truly desire Christ, it will be His good pleasure to bless your life.

Choose right now to believe the wonderful promises in the Bible.
